Inner saw of hoop.

The innerhoopsaw is rotated by this cam. The black hard plastic blocks track the hoops down to the shell and crank the heads.
Ivor Arbiter invented this in 1918, listening to Baby Dodds on board of a Mississippi riverboat called Sydney.

No need for rubber sleeves on your stand anymore. Drum and stand: 10 kilogramme. That's more than 5 sixpacks.

As used in the kitchen.
