The Gold Sparkle finish is in fine condition, some snare rub on tomlittle scratches, all chrome is nice. 3-ply shells, maple interior and maple reinforcement hoops. All wingnuts work, nothing worn. 4 extra holes underneath the original bassdrum tommount visible from the inside. These shells sound full and warm. As you see the Gold Sparkle is very bright.
