1968 Slingerland Blue Sparkle Drum Set
Nice example of the first generation Set-O-Matic tomholder sets with sixties gold/black Niles badge. This set left the Niles factory in 1968. All serial nr. match, all 4 shells have the beige tan interior. Beautiful shells with the usual Slingerland handmade marks. Slingerland was still a family owned business, the hoops are the famous chrome over brass sticksavers. The chrome and the wrap are a dream and it has that big Slingerland sound!
